Base: ¾ 8U-12 and ¼ 8U-36 with 30 vol. Calura Permanent Developer
Highlights: Blacklight cream Lightner with 10 vol. Blacklight Smart Developer
•For her highlights I did 4 foils diagonally around her face for brightness
•For her base I wanted to keep her cool and minimal banding from previous color.
Added the 8U-36 to allow for reflection and to look more natural.
